Most people don’t know that Hydrogen Peroxide is often used by dentists for years as a bleaching agent. This substance also has the capacity to cleanse wounds and kill bacteria that cause sore throats.

Why it works:

Hydrogen peroxide is an acidic substance that bleaches germs that discolor teeth, giving the appearance of whiter teeth.

Whiten your teeth in 3 easy steps:

  • Use a tooth paste whitener to brush your teeth (brush your teeth twice).
  • Rinse your mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide
  • Rinse your mouth with mouth wash

You should see results within two weeks. After two weeks, perform these steps once or twice a month. Do not use the peroxide consecutively for more than two weeks.

Important Note:

People with sensitive gums find that their gums become swollen due to the acid in hydrogen peroxide. If you experience discomfort while using hydrogen peroxide, talk to your dentist about the issue. Chances are you may be using an amount that is too much for you specifically.

How to Lose the Baby Weight While On Bed Rest

What would you say if I told you that I know a woman who lost thirty pounds in six weeks after having a baby? What if I told you she did this again after having her second child? Rochelle was never the “skinny girl” growing up, and she definitely didn’t have a fast metabolism. So how did she do it? How did she slim down without breaking a sweat once? It’s this simple:

Rochelle maintained a healthy diet focusing on:

  • Soups
  • Whole grains (mainly cereal)
  • Consuming more vegetables and little meat
  • Drinking tea
  • Avoiding sweets

Rochelle’s diet primarily consisted of fat burners (excluding large amounts of meat – meat can slow your weight loss progress down significantly if consumed too often).

Rochelle was adamant about being careful of what she ate, and how much she was eating as long as she was breast-feeding her babies.  She consumed her food in moderation, eating portions that were small. She only ate when she felt hungry.

When she was satisfied (not full, just satisfied) she stopped eating. She did this throughout the day, every day and managed to lose four to six pounds on a weekly basis while she was on bed rest.

Another trick she used was keeping herself busy.  She did anything that would distract her while her newborns were asleep. (No she did not have twins. She did this with her first child and again with her second child).

When Rochelle felt tempted to over eat or consume sweets, she reminded herself that she only had to discipline herself for six weeks, and then she could eat all the sweets she wanted for a day as a form of celebration for her success.

If you’re religious or have a relationship with the Lord, you can avoid eating junk food by going on a “fast”. Sometimes changing our purpose for achieving a goal helps us fight off temptations.

If you’re not religious, sign up for a charity program. There are programs that will donate money for every pound you lose. It’s a win win.

How to Make A Woman Have an Orgasm Quickly

Craving an orgasm, but you just don’t have the time for a full blown happy session? Three important factors contributing to how fast or slow it takes you to cum are: temperature, mind set and pressure levels.

Credibility and rapport: Adhering to the following steps has worked for me personally. I’ve tried it on numerous occasions to make sure it wasn’t just a coincidence, and have found that it works every single time.

 Temperature  

Pay attention to the atmosphere. How does it feel? What about your body? Are you warm or cold? What about your fingers or the toy(s) you’re using?

Warm climates and contact with warm objects, especially items that will be touching your clit, induce orgasm much faster than cooler climates and objects.

*Consider wearing bulky clothing like sweats or placing a thick blanket over your body until you warm up (if you can’t get your room warm).  

Mindset

Fantasize. A really fun fantasy could be something like this: Pretend you’re with a hot guy or girl. They’re holding you hostage. Your only option is to orgasm if you want him or her to set you free.

Pressure levels

Sometimes you’re not applying enough “dual pressure” to your clit. If you want to spring orgasm along quickly, spread your legs as far as you can (until you’re practically squeezing your buttocks). Increase the amount of pressure against your clit (whether you’re using your fingers to rotate your clit or your vibrator).

 *You may not achieve orgasm quickly on the first try, but keep practicing and eventually you’ll be cumming in under 60 seconds!

Simple and Effective Workout for Hour Glass Figures

Many women focus more on losing weight, than performing exercises that are the most effective for their bodies. You may never become ultra thin, especially if you’re not biologically made to be that small, however you can tweak your body naturally by performing workouts that are made specifically for you.

 This exercise is effective because it’s targets all problem areas in one motion. It’s great for toning and shedding pounds. While any one can do this work out, it is the most effecient for women who have hour glass figures.  Stick to this workout for four weeks to see a change, stick to it for 12 weeks and you’ll see a transformation.

 Power walk  for thirty minutes at 4.6 miles per hour on a treadmill (if that’s to0 fast, build up to it).

  • For thirty minutes, increase the level of inclination every minute. (After six or seven minutes, decrease the inclination every minute until the surface is flat again. Hold on to the bars on the treadmill. Supporting your weight challenges your arms while walking at this speed keeps the challenge in the workout for your lower half.
  •  The last minute of the workout, increase the speed to 6 or 7.0. Run at that speed for fifteen seconds (flat surface for a beginner, uphill for advanced).

 If you don’t own a treadmill:

  • Run in place for one minute (get your knees high in the air).
  • Power walk up and down the stairs for a minute. As you power walk up the stairs, karate chop the air starting from the left side and then move to the right. Do this really fast moving back and forth. This will burn the fat in your arms.
  • Alternate running in place and walking up the stairs for ten minutes. At minute eleven, sprint up and down the stairs for thirty seconds.

 If you don’t have stairs or a treadmill:

  • Run in place for one minute(swing your arms), sprint in place for one minute (swing your arms), get on the floor, and lift your leg behind you.
  • Keep your leg up as high as it will go. Pulse it up and down for thirty seconds (Do not let your leg drop!). Switch legs and repeat.
  • Run, sprint, leg lifts (Do this combination for at least eight minutes)

 Note:
Walking uphill on a treadmill and doing leg lifts target the butt. These methods raise and make your bottom perky.

Walking uphill, walking the stairs, running and sprinting in place target the thighs. These methods also burn  fat quickly in the stomach and define both the calves and thighs.

Holding on to the treadmill bar, karate chopping the air, and swinging the arms while running in place slims the arms down.
